Today Was A Good Day

Today was a good day. Even if it wasn't a good day, it became a good day the moment you realized that you learnt a lesson from this experience of life. And then suddenly, the day got better and you were able to move on from the negative thoughts. Think to yourself: "No, today was a good day. No matter what happened, I made it a good day. I had a good day. I accomplished something, I spoke with a friend, I completed a task, I did at least one or many things that made me feel happy". I tried my best, I did what I needed to do. I got through today. Today can end in a better way. I will prepare myself to have a good day tomorrow, today, right now.
