Ingredients: - Olive Oil - Onions - Peas - Tomatoes - Salt - Pepper - Herbs of your choice (e.i. parsley, cilantro, basil) - Choice of rice and pasta. Steps: 1. Chop onions and toss in a pan with olive oil. 2. Add peas and chopped tomatoes then keep stirring until peas are cooked. 3. Add salt, pepper & herbs for taste. 4. Cook choice of rice on the side to go with it.
