Have you ever heard of the phrase: "You either see the glass as half empty or as half full". When was the last time you looked at your life and thought to yourself: "do I see my life as being half fulfilled and half not? It is a serious and thoughtful question, and if your answer is the later than former then we have some work to do. Take a step back and reflect on your day/week/month/year. Was this a good year for me over all? What can I do to make tomorrow, this week, this month, this year better than the year before? Put it on paper, write out all the great things that happened this year and all the unfortunate as well. Sit back reflect. Be grateful for all the good, all the great. Say out-loud: "Thank You, I am so very grateful for all the good I've had this year". Sit with that moment enjoy it and smile.
